The Green Academy is Rights 4 Her Uganda’s flagship capacity-building programme that nurtures grassroots climate leaders among structurally silenced women. It equips participants with knowledge, skills, and practical tools in ecofeminism, climate justice, and environmental stewardship, enabling them to lead community-driven climate action. Through training, mentorship, and field-based learning, the programme strengthens local leadership to respond to climate change while advancing gender equality and social justice.
